The project has four ambitious goals, to be achieved in three years (2020-2023):
- Review of current curricula and improvement of teaching approach through training of teaching staff
- Establishment of new bachelor, master and doctoral programmes
- Introduction of e-learning and technological enhancement through the implementation of a virtual platform
- Promotion of the internationalisation of education, based on exchanges that will be developed in the mobility flows of professors, staff members and students to and from Rwanda
