   Summary description
Aid to artisanal food production cooperatives in the sectors of vegetable products (preserves), fish drying, yoghurt and cheese production, cous-cous in the areas of Kebemer, Dakar, Diololou and the Saloum delta.
   Comments
The targeted intervention in the food sector was part of an overall activity by Cospe that also included the training and health sectors, with particular reference to cooperatives and work centres run by women.
